Unfortunately it looks like it’s a Hobby Stock exclusive! 
A joint production between Hobby Stock and Goodsmile Company, this Louise is based off of the upcoming 3rd season of the Zero no Tsukaima anime series (though I guess it doesn’t really matter which season she’s from. Louise is equally cute in all of them!). Release date is yet to be determined.
The nendoroid will have three different expressions, two of which have been decided. Last Friday, Hobby Stock opened up a survey for voters, members and general alike, to decide what they would like for a third expression out of a list of seven:

The first box wants you to input a nickname.
Q1 asks you which of the Zero no Tsukaima characters would you like to see a nendoroid of. In the list are:

- Irukukuu (no idea what that’s supposed to spell. She’s a character in the third season, and apparently regards Tabatha as an older sister, but they may or may not be blood related. She has long blue hair.)
- Eleanor (Louise’s blonde sister)
- Cattleya (Louise’s other sister)
- Kirche
- Siesta
- Tabatha
- Tifania (the big boobied elf in the 3rd season)
- Saito
- Montmorency
Q2 asks if a “special nendoroid” (I assume limited edition, as in hobby stock exclusive or something) were to be released, would you buy it
Q3 the last box asks if you have any other comments.
Personally I can’t decide which face I like more… I spent a little bit of time trying to decide which one to use for my header, and in the end I just chose a random one lol. I’d have to think about it for a little bit.
Damn! Yet another store exclusive figure. I really hate when this happens, especially for my favorite figure.
yea she is a cute one isn’t she? Though her character got a bit annoying in the anime, never givin Saito the poor guy a break, I still have a soft spot for her lol.
I’m really eager to know if there are any updates on the Louise Nendoroid. Has the third face been announced? When will the release date be? I want to buy this~ ^^;
Hmm I have no idea when the release date is… The last information that I found said that she was in the works, and I haven’t come across any updates since then (that I can remember…maybe she appeared in a recent hobby magazine?). Unfortunately, I think she’s still a HobbyStock exclusive, so you’d need to have a friend in Japan or go through a proxy service for her :\

Thanks for the update! I was really hoping for Face#7 however Face#6 would’ve been my second choice. I’ve got a contact who is able to get this nendoroid should it be an exclusive. The only issue lies on how expensive it’s going to be…>.>
Hopefully it will release by June 2009. I can’t wait longer than that! >.< haha
