Found an interesting listing at Play-Asia which I’ve not seen anywhere else, not even on Kotobukiya’s own site. They’re taking preorders for two Kotobukiya made Yamashita Shunya designed busts that I’ve never seen before. Since I came into the scene late, maybe these were previously released busts set for a rerun? I dunno, but they’re set for a June release, which is one month later than the May release that is set for the currently known new Kotobukiya busts in the Art of Yamashita Shunya series (which are Karin and Noel).
First one I spotted was this bust rendition of Arisugawa Shii, previously figurized by Kotobukiya. This bust looks quite cute.

It seems with one bust that is meant to tease with skin or panties, there is another that is meant to counterbalance that with a clothed, but badass looking character. Just like Noel to Karin, the character to balance out Arisugawa’s sexy teasing is Angela, the badass gunwoman that looks like she’s ready to take on any job as long as she has her smokes.

Shii was originally released as a figure last year (with legs). the bust version looks cuter and moe. ^^;
