Shine na Blog today just revealed some prototype shots of the next figure to come in the Shining Wind series of figures by Kotobukiya. She is apparently named Elmina Rhoderia (according to Figure/GK), from a new game in the Shining series, Shining Wind X (pronounced Cross). I guess this makes the 9th figure not counting the Noir version of Clalaclan.

Megahouse just listed a couple of new preorders that are set for release in February of next year. The first entry is Annelotte, the first character to be introduced for Queen’s Blade Rebellion, the new sequel series for the original Queen’s Blade. The other one is from Megahouse’s Brilliant Stage series of figures, Sakura Nanako from the erogame SakuraSakura from HiQuality-Soft.

And a couple days early at that. Akibablog’s got a short preview of the newest Queen’s Gate book to be released, featuring Shiranui Mai as illustrated by Izumi Mahiru. That’s one sexy lady, and I may pick up the book if I can find it here locally, but that may have to wait since there are other books I’d like to get 😡

Well I thought there wouldn’t be news on this for awhile, but soon after I just made my post earlier today, new info has been announced for this MM figure, including new painted shots.
Just thought I’d write somethin up to keep tabs of some of the more obscure figures that have been announced, but haven’t seen the light of day much or at all. Some of these were shown at previous hobby shows such as the WonderFest or CharaHobby shows, while others I’ve only seen announced on their sites with no details really set.

Well I dunno if she’s either a killer or a fairy, but with those wings and that giant axe of hers, what else was I supposed to think? lol Vispo’s latest project is this beauty, named Racquel. Not sure if she’ll ever make the jump to pvc, but I sure hope so, because she looks very good. There haven’t been many Vispo sculpts that became pvc figures though, the only ones that I know of being Toranoana’s Morte and Diana, and Questioner’s Shiratori Amane (from G.J?’s erogame Anata no Shiranai Kangofu).
